Review and Improve operational resilience continuously

Complete the recovery work as soon as possible and focus on restoring homeland security and the normal operation of CI. Keep reviewing and improving the deficiencies found in each incident, exercise and drill aiming to increase the disaster resilience of CI and homeland security. This includes supervising government departments in mandating that their respective CI assess resource disruption scenarios, implement redundant or fail-safe backup mechanisms, and propose concrete improvement measures. The goal is to optimize resource supply through multi-loop, multi-backup capabilities, thereby strengthening CI's tolerance, adaptability, and rapid recovery in the face of operational disruptions. This approach aims to minimize the impact of disasters on CI, ensuring a swift return to pre-disruption operational levels. CI providers will persist in reviewing and enhancing operational resilience to make sure the stable and normal functioning of their CI’s core operations.
